aix&terra organic black olive tapenade is the classical apéritif spread from the South of France. It is prepared from carefully selected olives from ocal producers and in particular the tench olive from the Baronnies (Nyons), in greater Provence. The Tapenade is the perfect meeting between black olives (gorged with the Provencal sun, pitted and finely chopped) and capers and Provencal herbs. The union of these ingredients gives a sweet and rich taste at the same time. We recommend it on crostini for apéritif, with raw vegetables, goat cheese or fish.
