Pasta & Grains
Our pasta is produced in the Piedmont region in the North of Italy by an artisan family. The organic range of Pasta d'Alba is hand-made, slow-dried at low temperatures and bronze-die extruded. This particular production process gives the artisanal pasta its particular taste and texture. The range also includes large selection of gluten free pasta from tagliatelle to penne and gnocchetti.
We also stock an ancient Berber grain from Tunisia, called m'hamsa which is delicious with sauces and salads.
