The grapefruit marmalade of Moulins Mahjoub offers an innovative flavour to their range of natural artisan marmalades. The frequently sunny conditions in Northern Tunisia produces a particularly fragrant grapefruit. It is harvested at the peak of its taste and is meticulously preserved with chunky pieces of fruits married in a subtle sweetness. The grapefruit marmalade is particularly well suited for a toasted wholegrain bread or a fresh cheese such as a ricotta or a cream.
As with all of the Mahjoub products, they are produced using traditional farming methods with no additives or artificial processes.
