The traditional spicy and smokey Tunisian harissa
The natural organic Meski olives with harissa are produced from traditional farming on the Mahjoub estate in Northern Tunisia. A small incision is made by hand to preserve the olives during the debittering process which takes at least 9 months. They are subsequently bottled with the Mahjoub extra virgin olive oil and harissa. As with all of the Mahjoub products, this is produced using traditional farming methods with no additives or artificial processes.
