The sahli olives are a delicious and versatile variety from Tunisia. Sahli, referred to the Sahel region in the Centre of Tunisia, where olive trees cover every plot of land. They are small and soft and melt in the mouth. They are equally popular together with a drinks or nibbles or for stews or sauces. We find them particularly well-suited for pasta and fish dishes. Given their small size, we recommend adding them at the end of the cooking.
As with all of the Mahjoub products, they are produced using traditional farming methods with no additives or artificial processes. The sahli olives are organic.
