Le Ferre Coratina Extra Virgin olive oil 3 litres tin

Le Ferre Coratina high polyphenol Apulian extra virgin olive Oil 3 litres tin (2024/2025 new harvest) is the typical cultivar from this region in the South of Italy. It is an intense fruity olive oil with vegetables notes and aroma which reminds of artichokes. It has definite spicy and bitter notes. We recommend it on pizza, red meat, grilled vegetables, prawns and baked fish. The Le Ferre Coratina cold extracted extra virgin olive oil contains more than 600mg/kg of polyphenols.

This is a very strong extra virgin olive oil which is not suitable for everyone.
