Le Ferre Italian Cold Extracted Autentico Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 litres tin is a blend from Leccino, Peranzana and Coratina olive varieties from Apulia. This premium Italian extra virgin olive oil has an intense fruity and balanced profile and a light bitterness and spiciness. The olives have been grown at an altitude of 230 to 290 metres above sea level in the region of Apulia in the South of Italy, which benefits from mild winters with a long dry spring and summer. The extra virgin is cold extracted to preserve its flavour and health benefits.
