The traditional spicy and smokey Tunisian harissa
This sauce is best suited for seafood, fish dishes with pasta, rice or couscous. They do not include added water and as with all of the Mahjoub products, they are produced using traditional farming methods with no additives or artificial processes. Testour is prepared with tomatoes, artichokes, picked lemons, extra virgin olive oil and Tunisian spices.
