  • Boil the eggs for 5-6 minutes and cut in half
  • Cook the potatoes and cut them in 4
  • Cut the tomatoes in 4
  • Cook the French beans and drain them
  • Cut the gem lettuce hearts in 4
  • Cut the anchovies filets into thin stripes
  • Chop the parsley, chives and garlic
  • Mix the vinegar, olive oil, parsley, chives, garlic, salt and pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the tuna and leave it the fridge for 2 hours to marinate
  • Grill the tuna for a couple of minutes on each side in a grilling pan
  • Place the onion, tomatoes lettuce, potato, tuna, beans, sahli olives and anchovies on a large plate, drizzle the rest of the dressing and add more extra virgin olive oil if needed
  • Add the eggs and basil leaves
  • Toast the bread, cut it into thin strips and cover it with the tapenade
  • Place the tapenade toasts on the salad
