  • Slice the onion and the cut the sherry tomatoes into 4 pieces
  • Bring a large pot of water to boiling point
  • Cook the taglioni for 5 minutes only and drain them
  • Pour the extra virgin olive oil into a pan, add the onions and the salmon and cook for 5-10 minutes until the salmon is cooked
  • Add the sauce and the taglioni for and cook for another 2 minutes
  • Cut the basil and drizzle it on top of your dish
