  • Mix the sugar and softened butter in a large bowl by hand or with an electrical beater
  • Add the flour, semolina, yeast, extra virgin olive oil and orange blossom water and knead. Mix well, cover it and leave it in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes
  • Pre-heat the oven at 170 celsius degrees
  • Mix the crushed hazelnuts and the bitter orange marmalade
  • Take the paste out of the fridge and split into small portions to create the cookies.
  • Open the cookies with a knife, add a teaspoon of the marmalade and hazelnut mix and close it gently
  • Place the cookies on a baking paper into the over for 20 minutes
  • When ready, drizzle some icing sugar
