The organic red bell pepper dip by aix&terra is made from fresh red peppers. The peppers are first roasted to bring out their full flavour. They are then mixed with onions, mustard and almonds to add a little crunch to this fine and tasty preparation. A pinch of herbes de Provence will give you the typical flavours of the south.
