Our pantry collection brings together the finest artisan food staples from across the Mediterranean — products that are difficult or impossible to find in mainstream UK supermarkets, sourced directly from small family producers who prioritise quality, authenticity and traditional methods above all else.

Every product in this collection is chosen for the same reasons we select our olive oils — transparent provenance, short supply chains, named producers and independently verified quality. Many have won Great Taste Awards from the Guild of Fine Food. Several are certified organic. All are made without artificial additives, preservatives or shortcuts.

The range spans seven categories, each sourced from specialist producers:

Premium tinned fish — line-caught albacore tuna and ventresca from Conservas Serrats, Bermeo, on the Cantabrian coast of Spain. MSC certified, artisan hand-packed.
Organic antipasti and preserved vegetables — olives, artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, wild capers and preserved lemons from the Moulins Mahjoub certified organic farm in Tunisia.
Artisan pasta sauces — slow-cooked, preservative-free sauces from Pasta Zaccagni in Abruzzo and Moulins Mahjoub in Tunisia.
Artisan Italian pasta — organic and egg pasta bronze-drawn and slow-dried by the Zaccagni family in Miglianico, Abruzzo.
Gluten-free Italian pasta — bronze-drawn gluten-free pasta made in Piemonte from rice, corn, chickpea, lentil, buckwheat and green pea flours.
Artisan condiments — organic Tunisian harissa, French mustard and Mediterranean condiments from specialist small producers.
Artisan jams, marmalades and chutneys — small-batch preserves made with high-quality fruit and traditional recipes.
Truffle specialities — real Périgord black truffle products from Aix & Terra in France and Italian white truffle oil from Le Ferre in Apulia.

What types of products are in your pantry collection?

Are your pantry products organic?

Many are. The full Moulins Mahjoub range — including their olive oils, harissa, preserved vegetables, olives and pasta sauces — is certified organic. The Franci Bio olive oil and several other oils in our range are also certified organic. For each product, the certification status is clearly stated on the individual product page. The Artisan Olive Oil Company itself is certified organic by the Organic Food Federation.

Where can I buy Moulins Mahjoub products in the UK?

The Artisan Olive Oil Company is one of the UK's dedicated stockists of the full Moulins Mahjoub range from Tunisia, including their organic extra virgin olive oil, harissa, Mechwiya grilled salad, preserved olives, artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, capers, preserved lemons and chili flakes. All are available for UK delivery from our London warehouse.

Where can I buy the best tinned tuna in the UK?

We stock the full UK range of Conservas Serrats premium tinned tuna from Bermeo on the Cantabrian coast of Spain, founded in 1890. Their range includes line-caught albacore white tuna (bonito del norte) in extra virgin olive oil and in brine, and the prized ventresca tuna belly — considered by many chefs to be the finest tinned fish available. All Serrats products are hand-packed using artisan techniques and several lines are MSC certified for sustainable fishing.

Do you have gluten-free pantry products?

Yes — we have a dedicated range of gluten-free Italian pasta made in Piemonte using bronze dies and slow low-temperature drying. Available in multiple flour types including rice and corn, chickpea, red lentil, buckwheat and green pea. We also have gluten-free hampers for gifting. The majority of our condiments, preserved vegetables, olive oils and tinned fish are naturally gluten-free — please check individual product pages for full allergen information.

What makes your pantry products different from supermarket alternatives?

Three things: provenance, production method and the absence of additives. Every product in our pantry range comes from a named producer with a specific origin — we know where it was made, by whom and how. Production methods are traditional — slow-cooked sauces, hand-packed tuna, small-batch preserves, bronze-drawn pasta. And unlike most supermarket equivalents, our products contain no artificial preservatives, added sugar, water or flavourings. You are buying the genuine article, not a mass-produced approximation.
