How can I order?

You can order our products through our website. Simply add products to your basket as you discover our range across the various categories and filters. The next step ti to click the small shopping basket icon at the top right corner of the page when you’re ready to check out and enter your payment details.

How can I know that my order was successful?

Do you deliver everywhere in the UK?

We offer delivery to most locations in the United Kingdom, subject to some exceptions. Please visit our shipping policy page for more details. 


Can you deliver outside of the UK?

Unfortunately, we only deliver in the United Kingdom.

How can I track my oder?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping reference to allow you to track your delivery on www.royalmail (with Royal Mail) or (or with UK Mail / DHL).


Can I use a different address for shipping and billing?

Absolutely, you can enter two different addresses for shipping and billing during the checkout. 

Can I correct the delivery address after the order has been placed?

Please contact as soon as possible via email at or telephone (0203 866 8934, during week day working hours, 8am to 6pm) to let us know the details of the correct delivery address before the order is fulfilled including your name and order number.


What happens if my products are damaged ?

Our team takes particular care in packaging the products with protective recyclable packaging. In rare occasions, despite these precautions, some products can get damaged or broken during the transit with the courier companies. Should this happen, please contact us  via email at or telephone (0203 866 8934, during week day working hours, 8am to 6pm) with your name, order number and a photo of the damaged products and we will send you a replacement. 

I usually buy my olive oil from a supermarket, how different do you oils taste?

It is likely that you will find that our oils have much stronger taste and flavour, even the mildest ones. This is related to the fact that we source a particular type of extra virgin olive oils which are produced from early harvest and cold extracted within a few hours. This process allows to preserve the natural flavours of the olives as well as large proportion of the their healthiest compounds. The oil masters aim at producing olive oils with a stable and well defined sensory profile.

My olive oil is bitter, is something wrong?

Absolutely not. Bitterness, alongside fruitiness and spiciness is one the 3 key positive attributes of extra virgin olive oils. Many of the healthiest olive oils display bitterness in their profile. The level of bitterness depends primarily on the variety of olives and the production process.
