Launch of Pasta d'Alba range of organic and gluten-free artisan pasta
The Artisan Olive Oil Company announced the launches of a new Mediterranean artisan brand in the UK: Pasta d'Alba's organic and gluten-free pasta from the Piedmont region in the North of Italy.
We are delighted to expand our range of artisan brands with Pasta d'Alba and their selection of exceptional organic and gluten-free pasta from the Piedmont region. The dry pasta is hand-made bronze die-extruded and dried at very low temperatures for more than 20 hours. The range includes durum wheat pasta and a large selection of gluten-free and legumes based pasta from gnochetti, taglioni to tagliatelle and fusilli. Pasta d'Alba is a family business dedicated to natural and authentic organic foods with a unique taste, based in the heart of the Langhe, in the Piedmont region (North of Italy).
