The 2020 edition of the Evooleum international olive oil guide has been published last week. We are delighted to see our partner Oro Bailen at the first position with the highest score of 95 points for its exceptional picual.
This early harvest extra virgin olive oil is produced in October, at the very beginning of the harvest when the olives are green starting to turn to purple. It is extracted within a few hours of the picking, at cold temperatures. It is a versatile and balanced medium fruity premium olive oil, which is appreciated by consumers and chefs for its elegant taste.
