Handcrafted in Drôme Provençale, it captures the balance of rich milk chocolate and the delicate sweetness of authentic nougat.

The Recipe
Prepared in copper cauldrons following time-honoured methods, the recipe combines 52.75% milk chocolate, 34.28% nougat cream, and 2.43% nougat shards. The result is a smooth, velvety spread enhanced with honey and almonds for depth and texture. A seasonal highlight, it is designed to be enjoyed by the spoonful or in your favourite desserts.
