Frantoio Galioto Sicilian Biancolilla extra virgin olive oil, packaged in a 3-litre tin, was produced in September 2024 in the region of Syracuse in Sicily from single-variety Biancolilla olives grown at around 300 to 400 metres above sea level. This premium extra virgin olive oil has been cold-extracted and filtered. Its aroma reminds of artichoke and rosemary, with a delicately fruity taste and a spicy finish. It won a one-star award from the Gambero Rosso guide in 2024. We recommend Frantoio Galioto Sicilian Biancolilla extra virgin olive oil for salads, fish, and mild dishes, as well as for dipping.
