Moulins Mahjoub early harvest organic extra virgin olive oil

Crafted from the November 2024 early harvest, this organic extra virgin olive oil from Moulins Mahjoub is made exclusively from hand-picked Chetoui olives, grown on the Mahjoub family’s certified organic farm in northern Tunisia.

Nestled in the fertile Mejerda Valley, these sun-drenched groves are carefully tended by local women farmers who harvest the olives at their peak. The olives are then stone milled and decanted by hand (à la feuille), preserving the oil’s natural character and nutritional integrity.

This filtered premium olive oil is particularly rich in polyphenols (over 530mg/kg), making it not only delicious but also naturally high in antioxidants. Soft and clean on the palate, it displays a mild to medium fruity profile, with aromas of fresh vegetables and a gentle, lingering finish. Its vibrant green apple hue hints at its freshness and purity.

Presented in a 250ml or 500ml screw-cap bottle, this elegant oil is ideal for both finishing and everyday cooking. Certified organic and produced according to ancient traditions, it’s a beautiful expression of the Berber cuisine in the single variety olive oil.
