From the sun-drenched hills of Val d’Orcia and the Maremma Toscana comes Franci Bio, the latest organic extra virgin olive oil from Frantoio Franci, one of Italy’s most celebrated olive oil producers. This 2024/2025 harvest (available from November 2024) is a masterful coupage of Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino, and Olivastra olives—resulting in an oil with medium fruitiness, a gentle sweetness, and a lightly pungent finish.
Under the guidance of Giorgio Franci, the mill rose to international prestige, receiving top awards including the world’s best olive oil mill (Flos Olei 2026), and consistently achieving the maximum score of 100 points (Flos Olei 2026). The 2024/2025 harvest boasts a polyphenol level of 498mg/kg, indicating remarkable antioxidant richness and health benefits.

How to use it?
- first and foremost, on a bruschetta with fresh tomatoes on toasted or grilled sourdough bread
- drizzle it on salads, such as a caprese salad or
- pour it over grilled vegetables, such as aubergine, tomatoes or asparagus
- on white fish, such as a sea bass or a sea bream cooked in the even with some herbs and sea salt
- add a few drops to your winter soups
