This beautifully crafted organic extra virgin olive oil celebrates the butterfly, the essential night-time pollinator that plays a vital role in maintaining biodiversity across the organic olive groves. With its elegant dark-themed design and refined flavour profile, “Night” is an exceptional expression of the terroir of Jaén.

Harvest & Production

For the 2025/2026 season, Nobleza del Sur “Night” reaches a polyphenol level of 373 mg/kg, delivering impressive antioxidant richness.
As a coupage, this oil is a masterful blend of several olive varieties, thoughtfully combined to create a balanced and complex profile—much like a fine wine. All olives are grown on the Nobleza del Sur estates in Jaén, Andalusia, and are cold-extracted within four hours of their early-October harvest, preserving freshness, aroma, and nutritional value.

Tasting Notes

This organic coupage is a medium fruity olive oil with layered complexity. Expect a harmonious combination of fruity, sweet, and green aromas, recalling the plants and herbs that grow alongside the olive trees.
