The organic black olive spread is produced on the Moulins Mahjoub estate in the North of Tunisia from two local olive varieties: sahli and meski. They are pitted and mixed with extra virgin olive oil to create a versatile spread. We recommend it on toasted bread, with grilled fish, tomatoes and mozzarella. As with all of the Mahjoub products, this is produced using traditional farming methods with no additives or artificial processes. It is available in 200g format.
