aix&terra Organic White Balsamic & Orange 200ml

The aix&terra Organic White Balsamic & Orange combines a delicate white balsamic condiment with organic orange peel for a fresh, aromatic flavour with bright citrus notes.

Artisan-made in Provence, the organic orange peel is naturally macerated for several weeks to infuse the balsamic with the flavours of the Mediterranean. The orange peels are sourced from oranges also used in aix&terra's organic orange marmalade, helping to minimise food waste.

Fresh and versatile, it is delicious in vinaigrettes and seasonal salads, with vegetable dishes and tabbouleh, or reduced with the juices of roasted or grilled meats. Its delicate sweet citrus character also makes it an unusual addition to desserts.

Ingredients: Organic white balsamic condiment (88.6%) (sulphites), natural flavour from macerated organic orange peel, organic white cane sugar (9.1%), organic pure orange juice (2.3%).
