Frantoio Franci Le Trebbiane Extra Virgin Olive Oil (2024/2025 harvest) is a medium-fruity premium oil from Tuscany. The flavour profile is fresh and herbaceous with distinctive artichoke notes, complemented by elegant hints of fruit and spices. This balance makes it ideal for raw use: soups, homemade mayonnaise, carpaccio of red meats, grilled or raw fish, and vegetable crudités. Designed to enhance delicate flavours without overpowering them, it adds depth, aroma, and a clean finish.
Frantoio Franci — A Tradition of Excellence
Frantoio Franci is one of Italy’s most renowned producers of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, founded in 1958 in Montenero d’Orcia near Montalcino. The business is today led by Giorgio Franci, who succeeded his father Fernando and elevated the company to international recognition. The estate quickly gained prestige following the creation of Villa Magra Grand Cru, considered a pioneer in the premium olive-oil segment. Over time, Franci expanded its portfolio from delicate to intense profiles, including blends and single-varietal oils.
