Frantoio Galioto Sicilian Moresca extra virgin olive oil is a monocultivar premium olive oil produced in the region of Ferla in Sicily in October 2025. The olives are grown at around 300-400 metres above sea level. This light green extra virgin olive oil has a mild fruity profile with aromas of green almonds and ripe apples. It is slightly spicy and bitter and best suited for salads, vegetables and fish dishes.Frantoio Galioto Sicilian Moresca extra virgin olive oil won a 5 Gocce in 2026 from Gambero Rosso.

The 2025 harvest has a polyphenols content of 562mg/kg.
