Le Ferre Picholine Cold Extracted Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil 500ml (new harvest 2023/2024) is produced in Apulia from a single variety : the Picholine olive. It is an intense fruity extra virgin olive oil with a high polyphenol content. Its aromas remind of green fruit, with hints of green tomato leaves. Its taste is sweet and pleasant, enriched by light spicy nuances and elegant bitter notes. We recommend the Picholine extra virgin olive oil with lobster, shellfish, vegetable soups, game, sweet and sour sauces. It is also an excellent extra virgin olive oil for dipping.
