Moulins Mahjoub Organic Artichoke Leaves H'rouss Style in Extra Virgin Olive Oil
The organic artichoke leaves h'rouss (available in 185g format) are chopped, making them a versatile ingredient to be used in salads, sauces or pizzas. They come from a local variety of Northern Tunisia called Òviollette harvested between mid-February to mid-May. The artichoke leaves are preserved in extra virgin olive oil, which is also produced by Moulins Mahjoub.

We find the artichoke leaves particularly delicious in stews such as a lamb or beef stew.
