Serrats White Tuna (Bonito del Norte or Albacore) MSC from the Bay of Biscay in Olive Oil Net weight 1.8kg tinned tuna

The Serrats White Tuna (Albacore) or "Thunnus Alalunga" is line-caught, one by one, in the Gulf of Biscay and in the best moment of the season (June to October) respecting the traditional fishing tackle. Because its aroma, its refined taste, its smooth white meat and its properties, White Tuna (Albacore) loins are regarded as some of the best canned fish. Once, the best fishes have been selected, they are cooked and subsequently prepared and canned in extra virgin olive oil. 

In the production process for the white tuna (albacore) invirgin olive oil, only loins are selected, prepared and packaged by hand before adding extra virgin olive oil.
