Founded in Provence, Aix&Terra is an artisan French fine-food producer dedicated to showcasing the ingredients and recipes of Southern France. Its products are made in its own Manufacture, where oils are macerated and Provençal recipes are prepared using carefully sourced ingredients including local fruit, vegetables, olives and truffles.

The Aix&Terra range is all about transforming exceptional Mediterranean ingredients into something a little special: truffle oils, gourmet spreads and dips, fruit vinegars, chutneys and Provençal condiments.
