Ingredients

4 slices of sourdough bread

1 apple

100 grams of Stilton cheese

1 handful of hazelnuts

1 tea spoon of balsamic vingear
Directions
Wash the apple and cut it into thin slices
Crush the hazelnuts
Place the apple on the sourdough bread and add the Stilton cheese and hazelnuts
Grill in the oven for 10 minutes
Drizzle the balsamic vinegar on top when ready
