A quick tart mixing vegetables and meats which can be adapted to your personal taste and enjoyed with family and friends

Ingredients
400 g chopped organic tomatoes
2 tsp Moulins Mahjoub organic Chetoui extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp Moulins Mahjoub organic sahli olives in brine
100 g Moulins Mahjoub organic artichokes in extra virgin olive oil
100 g Moulins Mahjoub organic sun-dried tomatoes in extra virgin olive oil
1 bunch of basil
1 pinche of salt
1 roll of puff pastry
1pinch of freshly ground pepper
1 tsp oregano
2 bay leaves
1 onion
250 g Mozzarella
60 g chorizo
110 g cooked ham
Directions
Chop the onions and fry them in the olive oil until brown
Add the peeled tomatoes, salt, pepper, bay leaf and oregano and cook at medium heat for 15 minutes.
Remove the bay leaves when ready
Roll out the puff pastry on baking paper and a large baking tray.
Pre-heat the over at 170 degrees celsius
Place the pastry in the oven for 10 minutes
Cut the artichokes and sun-dried tomates into pieces of around 2-3cm. Chop the basil. Cut the chorizo and cooked ham into bands and mozzarella of around 3cm
Take the pastry out of the oven, add the vegetables, chorizo, cooked ham. Add the mozzarella on top with the olives
Place the tart back in the oven for another 10 minutes
Remove from the oven and decorate with the basil
