Fratepietro Bella di Cerignola Black Olives in Brine

Discover the naturally black Bella di Cerignola olives from Puglia, lovingly grown and hand-harvested by the Fratepietro family. These iconic Italian olives are not dyed or artificially coloured — they turn their deep, rich hue naturally on the tree, thanks to a later harvest that allows the fruit to reach full ripeness and switch from green to black.
Presented in a traditional round glass “orcio” jar, this packaging pays homage to the olive-picking heritage of the Puglian countryside, when farmers would preserve freshly harvested olives in brine for the winter.
Grown under the warm southern Italian sun, these large, the Bella di Cerignola green olives are meaty and smooth and come with their pits.
Perfect as a refined appetiser or aperitivo, these olives pair beautifully with cured meats, cheeses, crusty bread or a glass of spritz.
