The aix&terra Artichoke & Truffle Cream is a luxurious Provençal spread combining tender artichoke hearts with aromatic black winter and summer truffles.

Artisan-made in Provence with 54% artichokes, olive oil, herbs and pieces of truffle, the cream is gently blended to retain a rich, textured consistency. The combination of artichoke's delicate flavour with the distinctive aroma of truffle creates an elegant Mediterranean antipasti.

Delicious simply spread on toasted bread or crostini for an aperitif, it can also be used to fill fresh pasta and cannelloni, served with ravioli, or added to pasta dishes and risottos.

Ingredients: Artichokes (54%), olive oil, onions, lemon juice, truffle pieces (Tuber melanosporum 3%, Tuber aestivum 2%), mustard (mustard seeds, spirit vinegar (sulphites), water, salt), garlic, parsley, salt, mint, truffle flavouring, pepper.
