The aix&terra French Tartare sauce is a sauce with the scents of Provence! Unlike classic tartare sauces which contain herbs such as parsley, chives or chervil, the aix&terra recipe is made with fresh French dill, an aromatic plant from the Mediterranean basin with a slightly aniseed herbaceous taste, which makes its more subtle taste.
The gherkins are sown, harvested and packaged in France, in Sarthe. They are free of any preservatives or additives
A mayonnaise-based tartare sauce is ideal for dipping raw vegetables as an aperitif, or accompanying red meat such as a steak, fish and chips or hot or cold fish. It can also replace classic mayonnaise for a more refined taste.
