The aix&terra Tomato & Basil Vinegar is an original Provençal recipe combining ripe tomato with fragrant basil for a fresh, Mediterranean flavour. Artisan-made in Provence with 42% tomato pulp and 3% basil, it is ideal as a dressing for mixed salads or to add flavour to grilled and roasted meats.
