Due Vittorie Argento Balsamic Vinegar IGP is the result of a natural fermentation and the slow ageing of grape must from Emilia Romagna, masterly blended with wine vinegars. It stands out for its classic flavour and its vaporous and moderately tart aroma. We recommend it on green and mixed salads or steamed or chopped vegetables, seafood and  fried fish.It has a medium density of 1.21.
