How It's Made
The base oil is cold-pressed in Castellaneta, Taranto — Puglian olives harvested mechanically, pressed within 24 hours, processed below 27°C and stored under food-grade nitrogen until bottling. A precise 2% natural chilli pepper extract is infused directly into the oil at bottling, integrating heat and aroma into the oil itself rather than sitting separately. The result is a clean, even warmth from the first drizzle to the last.
