This medium fruity extra virgin olive oil is cold extracted and produced from an olive grove located around 230-290 metres above sea level. Its profile offer green nuances and light bitter and spicy notes. We would typically use Ogliarola Apulian extra virgin olive oil with fresh vegetables, white meats, seafood, pasta dishes and vegetable soups.
