The Moulins Mahjoub organic apricot jam is an authentic Mediterranean preserve crafted on the Mahjoub family estate in Tebourba, located in the fertile Medjerda Valley in Northern Tunisia. This region benefits from warm Mediterranean sunshine and an abundant water supply, allowing apricots to mature slowly on the tree and develop exceptional natural sweetness and depth of flavour. As with all Moulins Mahjoub products, this apricot jam is produced using traditional farming methods, without additives, colourings, pectin or artificial processing — allowing the pure fruit character to shine.
