The Moulins Mahjoub organic orange marmalade is a beautifully balanced artisanal preserve made from the renowned Sevilla bitter orange variety. Winner of a Great Taste Star in 2018, this exceptional marmalade celebrates the true flavour of natural citrus, offering vibrant fruit notes complemented by an elegant balance of sweetness and refined bitterness.

Sevilla oranges are prized globally for their intensely aromatic blossoms, which are traditionally harvested to produce delicate orange flower water. The oranges used in this marmalade come from flowers that are intentionally left unharvested during that early season picking — allowing them to mature fully into richly flavoured fruit. Once picked at the height of ripeness, the oranges are brought directly to the Moulins Mahjoub kitchen in Tebourba, Northern Tunisia, where they are slowly transformed into a bright, fragrant and texturally rich orange marmalade.

This organic preserve features a bold citrus profile with clean bitter notes softened by natural sweetness, delivering a grown-up marmalade flavour that is both refreshing and satisfying.
