Serrats White Tuna (Bonito del Norte or Albacore) MSC in Organic Olive Oil 190g glass jar

The Serrats White Tuna (Albacore) or "Thunnus Alalunga" is line-caught, one by one, in the Gulf of Biscay from June to October, respecting the traditional fishing tackle. Because its aroma, its refined taste, its smooth white meat and its properties, White Tuna (Albacore) loins are regarded as some of the best canned fish. Once, the best fishes have been selected, they are cooked and subsequently prepared and placed in glass jar with organic extra virgin olive oil. 

In the production process for the white tuna (albacore) in organic virgin olive oil, only loins are selected, prepared and packaged by hand before adding organic extra virgin olive oil. This olive oil is of the highest quality in every sense. It has an excellent flavour and aroma, and is made in a manner that respects the standards for organic farming. The Albacore tuna, also referred to as white tuna or Bonito del Norte) is certified by the MSC (Marine Stewardship Council) an international, non-profit organisation which fights overfishing and promotes sustainable fishing practices around the world.
