Ingredients
250 grams Pasta d'Alba Gluten-free green peas penne
5 Moulins Mahjoub organic artichoke hearts
50 grams of Moulins Mahjoub organic sahli olives
2 spring onions
1 pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper
5 basil leaves
1 table spoons of Due Vittorie Rosé vinegar
2 table spoons of Oro Bailen organic picual olive oil
0.5 table spoon of mustard
4 tomatoes
1 table spoon of water
160g of El Manar Tuna in spring water
Directions
Boil the green peas penne for 9 minutes having added salt to the water
Drain the pasta in cold water and drizzle some olive oil
Cut the spring onions, artichokes and basil into small pieces and the tomatoes into wedges and place them into a large dish.
Mix the olive oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper into a vinaigrette
Mix the pasta, vegetables with the vinaigrette
Drain the tuna and olives
Add the tuna, olives and chopped basil leaves
