Ingredients

1 large cauliflower

4 table spoons of Moulins Mahjoub organic traditional harissa

1 medium sized chicken
-
4 garlic cloves
-
1 large cauliflower

1 large onion

4 red chillies

2 carrots
Directions
Trim the cauliflower and boil it for 5 minutes
Cut the lemon into slices and the onions and garlic into wedges. Remove the skin of the carrots and cuts them into thin slices
Mix the olive oil with the traditional harissa
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees celsius
Place the chicken, cauliflower, carrots, onions, garlic, lemons and chillies on a baking platter
Cover the ingredients with the mix of the olive oil and harissa
Cook for 30-40 minutes and regularly turn the ingredient to coat them with the olive oil and harissa
