Grown at altitudes between 300 and 400 metres above sea level, the olives are cold extracted and carefully filtered to preserve their purest essence.
This premium oil opens with a fresh, herbal aroma reminiscent of artichoke and rosemary, followed by a gentle, fruity flavour and a refined, peppery finish.
