Frantoio Galioto Sicilian Biancolilla extra virgin olive oil was produced in September 2024 in the region of Syracuse in Sicily from single variety Biancolilla olives grown at around 300 to 400 metres above sea level. This premium extra virgin olive oil has been cold extracted and filtered. Its aroma reminds of artichoke and rosemary, while its taste is delicately fruity with a spicy finish. It won a one-star award from the Gambero Rosso guide in 2024. We recommend Frantoio Galioto Sicilian Biancolilla extra virgin olive oil for salads, fish, and mild dishes, as well as for dipping.
