Moulins Mahjoub Mechwiya grilled salad 200g

Salata Mechwiya (also spelled Slata Mechouia or Mechwiya) is a traditional Tunisian grilled vegetable salad, beloved for its smoky, spicy flavour and vibrant Mediterranean character. The Moulins Mahjoub Mechwiya is produced from the family's farm vegetables, grilled in small batches and preserved with olive oil. It is free of any artificial ingredients or preservatives. Traditionally enjoyed with black Sahli olives, a drizzle of olive oil, hard-boiled eggs, and tuna fillets, it’s perfect introduction to the Tunisian summer. 

Ingredients:  sweet pepper(75%), extra virgin olive oil(15%), tomatoes(10%), garlic, salt, pepper.
