Oro Bailén Picual has achieved numerous international awards including 99 points in the Flos Olei 2024 International Olive Oil Guide, Best Extra Virgin Olive Oil in the World by Evooleum 2022, and repeat recognition at global competitions such as New York, London, Los Angeles and Olive Japan. This olive oil is produced at the beginning of the harvest, usually in early October. The olives are cold-extracted within just two hours of picking to preserve freshness, flavours, nutritional properties, and polyphenols. The 2024/2025 harvest displays ultra-low acidity of 0.1% and a polyphenol level of approximately 324 mg/kg, contributing to its antioxidant strength and long shelf life.
