Made with a balanced blend of organic corn flour (95%) and organic rice flour (5%), these lasagne sheets are naturally gluten free, tested to below 20ppm gluten, and specifically formulated for people with gluten intolerance. No preservatives, additives, starches or animal ingredients are used.
The sheets go straight into the oven, no pre-boiling required, and bake to a tender, satisfying bite in around 25 minutes at 180°C, taking on sauce and cheese beautifully as they cook, ideal for anyone following a gluten free diet without giving up a proper baked lasagne.
